Stressed? Anxious? Overwhelmed? LAST DAY to sign up for this psychotherapy group!

Last Day To Join!

Mondays, November 4th - December 16th, 5:30 - 6:45 pm EST

Does this sound like you?

Do you ever feel like your heart races, your breath shallows, you get hot, or feel your body and mind are out of control? Would you like to learn how to create a sense of calm, stillness, and safety within your body? The good news is, you have more control over these sensations than it may seem in those intense moments. By building internal resources and skills, you can transform that experience and regain control, bringing ease and balance to your mind and body.

Join Zoë Hamberger and a small group of individuals with shared experiences for a transformative 7-part psychoeducation and skill-building therapy group. Under Zoë’s guidance, participants will explore the barriers that prevent them from feeling safe and at ease in both body and mind. Each week the group will focus on a new area of resource skill building, to equip our participants with a wide variety of tools that they can use to foster inner calm and emotional resilience.
